You will be guided by Kinzie through a (gentle) VInyasa Flow, designed to ingnite that fire within and burn away the previous seasons. All levels welcome, it's been a while since we've all done yoga :)

Your yoga and savasana will be followed by community style acupuncture with Kayla, accompanied by Chakra Balancing with Diane playing the Chakra sound bowls for you as you rest in infinity chairs and let the energy flow!

You will leave feeling clarity, cleansed, and calm!
