Hatha Yoga 101
This is a mixed level class which is perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. We focus on the breath-movement connection, body awareness, and mindfulness. Learn or return to the foundational basics of poses so you can flow with confidence and ease, on and off the mat! Leave feeling refreshed and a renewed sense of peace and inner strength.

Gentle Flow
This class infuses traditional Hatha yoga with a gentle yoga flow sequence and breathework to re-energize the mind, body & energy systems. Focus will be on linking our movements to breath, creating graceful and lengthened body postures, and taking care of the body of the day. All levels class. Beginners welcome.

Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Restorative yoga includes gentle poses that are supported by props and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure and relaxes the body. Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions. Restorative yoga is the ideal antidote to modern day lifestyles and trapped stress in the mind, physical & energetic body.
Yoga Nidra is a step by step guided meditation through awareness of body points, breath, sensation and visualizations of nature. This activates parts of the brain that induce a deep state of relaxation where muscle tension can be relieved as well as subconcious thoughts and emotional patterns that may be causing dis-ease in our lives. It is an excellent tool to improve quailty of sleep and stress related conditions.

Restoring Peace Workshops
Experience the deeply restorative benefits of breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and rest. Leave with practical mind body techniques you can implement into our daily life. Are you an empath or sensitve person? Learn ways to create energetic boundaries to build resiliency during challenging times and replenish your life force energy.
Register for one or all 3 of the workshop series class offerings. Themes will vary based on seasonal offerings.
SoulCare Sesh: Nourish & Restore
Book an evening of SoulCare and nourishment through restorative yoga, meditation, healing touch, self massage techniques with essential oils, and Reiki. This is a total pampering experience!
For groups 3-10, inquire for larger groups. Sessions require 60-90 min time slot.
Prenatal Yoga
This class will provide you much needed relaxation while building strength and stamina necessary to support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as your body and life roles change. Class will include: breathing exercises, visualization for healthy body image and bonding with your baby, yoga postures tailored for this special time, and space to connect with other mamas-to-be. You will leave feeling empowered to create a positive pregnancy, birth, and post-partum journey.

Mama & Baby Yoga
This class is for mothers and babies 3 weeks-crawling. Bond through loving touch, sight, sound, and movement. A beautiful and fun practice with your little yogi. Dads, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome too! Mindful Mamas conversation and education on infant massage and stretching included with the 45 min. Mama & Baby Yoga Sequence.

Toddler & Kids Yoga
This class is for the whole family with young yogis up to 8 years of age. Older siblings will have a blast too! Class includes movement, stories, music, and fun!

Life is meant to be celebrated, and so are you!
Whether it be a wedding, birthday, Mother Blessing, retirement, or simply a celebration of friendship with your tribe of women - hosting a private yoga event is a unique and empowering way to honor life's events. I offer customized events for small groups, catering to women (but men are welcome too!). Services can include but are not limited to: a personalized yoga session, guided relaxation, self care activities such as facials & foot soaks, and gift bags.
