Nurture and challenge your blossoming body, mind, & baby
This class will provide you much needed relaxation while building strength and stamina necessary to support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as your body and life roles change. Class will include: breathing exercises, visualization for healthy body image and bonding with your baby and new body, yoga postures tailored for this special time, and space to connect with other mamas-to-be. You will leave feeling empowered to create a positive pregnancy, birth, and post-partum journey. Come meet other mamas in your community. All levels of pregnancy and post partum welcome.
