WHAT IS PRENATAL YOGA?
This class will provide you much needed relaxation while building strength and stamina necessary to support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as your body and life roles change. Class will include: breathing exercises, visualization for healthy body image and bonding with your baby, yoga postures tailored for this special time, and space to connect with other mamas-to-be. You will leave feeling empowered to create a positive pregnancy, birth, and post-partum journey. Come meet other mamas in your community. All levels of pregnancy and yoga experience are welcome!

Sundays 6:15-7:30pm @ The New Ulm WELLness Collective 15 South Minnesota Street, New Ulm, MN 56073
Session I: September 9th – October 21th.
Session II: October 28st – December 9th, 2018
(NO class September 23rd and November 25th).
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Please sign up for each 6-week session through Kinzie Eckstein via the email listed below. The Investment per 6-week session is $72. Drop-in class options available at a class rate of $15 per class.
