Yoga Classes, Workshops & Special Events

Classes are relaxed, gentle and fun! We focus on stress relief, mind-body connection, and practical tools you can take with you off the mat and into your day. All levels of experience and body types are welcome.

I offer weekly Hatha and Restorative Yoga classes @ Lykke Books in New Ulm, and occasional Hatha classes at Flo Dance in Sleepy Eye.

Vision board & life coaching workshop

Wednesday jan 14th, 2-26 - 6:00-7:00pm

A 2026 vision board workshop with guided meditation and reflective life-coaching prompts. Create from a grounded, pressure-free place focused on clarity, alignment, and how you want to feel. All supplies provided; personal items welcome. Light snacks included. No yoga or movement - simply seated meditation, reflection, and creativity.

Join me for Morning Yoga Flo with deep stretching, invigorating movement, and strengthening from within. All levels class - and yes there will be relaxation too. These classes are through Flo Dance Studio so please register below.

1st Sunday of every month at 1:00 PM - starting 1/4/26

Cost: Free LOCATION: Lykke Books

Join us for a laid-back, welcoming book club open to everyone! Each meeting will start with a short meditation, followed by discussion of a few chapters of the book, some casual conversation, and possibly end with another moment of relaxation. This is a relaxed book club—but we will finish the book together!
